Good health is the final result of numerous mutual related factors, some of which depend on us, others do not. One of the factors under our control is the most effective and available medicine we have, i.e. the food. The clue to the healthful nutrition is in the right balancing of the quantity of each one of the food groups on our daily menu, so that we feel healthy and full of energy. It is easy and nice to eat healthfully; we only need to know how.
