Today butter is served on every dining table. The production of OLD LIBEN Cow’s Milk Butter takes place in an ecologically pure mountain region. The product is made of high quality raw milk. No preservatives are used.

The butter is offered in vacuum foil packages. It is suitable for cooking a variety of meals for which the product is permanently present in each household.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Cooking time:30 minutes

Products

  • 100 grams of chicken or turkey ham
  • 200 grams of cultivated meadow mushrooms (6 to 8 cups)
  • 1 roast marinated pepper
  • 50 grams of OLD LIBEN Yellow Cheese (Kashkaval)
  • 15 grams of OLD LIBEN Cow’s Milk Butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tea spoon of cold pressed olive oil
  • 3 to 4 stalks of parsley
  • 3 to 4 stalks of dill

Cooking:
The ham, the pepper and the yellow cheese (kashkaval) are cut into small cubes. The garlic is cut finely. The parsley and the dill are cut in bulk. Everything is well mixed in a bowl. The cups of the mushrooms are salted and then stuffed with the mixture. The butter is put on the top. The mushrooms are put in a shallow pan slightly greased with olive oil. They are baked until they become soft.
