The production takes place in an ecologically pure mountain region. The product is made of high quality, full cream raw milk, according to an authentic Bulgarian recipe. Each kilogram of white brined cheese is obtained of 7 liters of raw material. Neither preservatives nor milk powder are used. The ageing of the cheese lasts minimum 45 days..

The white brined cheese is offered in packaging, as follows: litographic tins, plastic boxes, vacuum foil packages

The product is suitable for: immediate eating, hors d'oeuvres, salads, cooking

Fried Spinach with White Brined Cheese

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Products:

  • 1 kg of spinach
  • 200 grams of OLD LIBEN Cow’s Milk White Brined Cheese
  • 3 eggs (at will)
  • 2 to 3 stalks of parsley (at will)
  • 3 to 4 spoonfuls of OLD LIBEN Cow’s Milk Butter

Cooking:
The cleaned and cut spinach is stewed in the butter until the water completely evaporates and just the butter fat remains. The white brined cheese and, at will, the eggs and the parsley are added then. The meal is well stirred and left under a cover for 5 to 10 minutes.
