The production takes place in an ecologically pure mountain region. The product is low-fat and low-calorie. It is made, according to a special recipe.

The curd is offered in vacuum foil packages. It is suitable for: immediate eating, cooking.

Egg-White Omelette with Curd

Cooking time:10 minutes

Products

  • 7 egg-whites
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of OLD LIBEN Fatless Curd
  • some parsley
  • half a tomato

Cooking:
The egg-whites are removed and added to the whole egg. They are all whipped well to a homogenous mixture. The curd, the finely cut parsley and some salt, depending on the taste, are added to it. The mixture is spread in a Teflon frying pan, preliminarily heated. Two to three minutes later the omelet is turned upside down, so that its other side can be baked, too. It takes 1 to 2 minutes. Then the meal is taken away from the fire and the finely cut tomato is spread upon its surface. Depending on your taste, you can flavor the omelet with some black pepper.
