The yellow cheese (kashkaval) is offered in thermo-shrinking vacuum foil packages. It is suitable for: pizzas.

Cooking time:40 minutes

Products

  • 220 grams of ready-made dough
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spoonful of finely cut parsley
  • 100 grams of grated OLD LIBEN Yellow Cheese (Kashkaval) for Pizzas
  • 1 spoonful of oil

Cooking:
Heat the oil and add the bacon, cut into small cubes. Fry it for a little and then add the onion peeled and finely cut. Fry them both till they become rosy. Whip the egg and the milk well, put the parsley in the mixture and pour all this into the fried bacon and onion. As soon as it begins to bubble take the pan away from the fire and add the yellow cheese (kashkaval). Leave the mixture to become a little cooler and pour it upon the dough having been spread on a greased sallow pan. Bake in a temperate oven for about an hour.
