The production takes place in an ecologically pure mountain region. The product is made of high quality raw milk, according to a special recipe. No preservatives are used.

The yellow cheese (kashkaval) is offered in thermo-shrinking vacuum foil packages. It is suitable for: sandwiches.

"Oasis" Sandwich

Cooking time:10 minutes

Products:

  • 2 thick slices of bread
  • 20 grams of OLB LIBEN Butter
  • 3 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 100 grams of ham or bacon
  • 50 grams of OLD LIBEN Yellow Cheese (Kashkaval) for Sandwiches

Cooking:
The crust of the bread slices is carefully cut off (the inner parts have to be intact); then it’s cut into pieces. Ham and yellow cheese (kashkaval) are put upon the inner soft parts of the bread ((the yellow cheese has to be on the top) and thus they are grilled for a while. The pieces of crust are separately fried in a pan until they become crisp. Then the ketchup is added to them. The mixture is stirred for a little and is taken away from the fire. The inner bread parts are put in the middle of a plate and the fried crust pieces are spilled round them.
